All the latest deals confirmed on deadline day as the 11pm cut-off quickly approaches.

As the battle to keep up with the late deadline day deals ramps up in the final hours of the window, we have rounded up some of the deals to have been wrapped up as the 11pm deadline approaches.

Arsenal have just announced a loan deal for Bournemouth veteran goalkeeper Neto, who will deputise David Raya after Aaron Ramsdale joined Southampton, while Bournemouth signed a new keeper in Chelsea stopper Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Speaking after completing his loan move, Neto, who was Cherries captain, told the club website: “I’m realising a dream in my life, a dream come true, and I’m really, really happy.

“I had two dreams as a kid to play for a football team. It was my team in Brazil, where I grew up and became a professional footballer, and also Arsenal. And now I’m realising it! I’m a really lucky person. To all the supporters of Arsenal, I’d just like to say I’m one more fan here. My dream has come true, I’m really happy. Depend on me, I’ll give more than 100% to give everything for Arsenal.”

Across town, Brentford have snapped up Southampton’s talented 18-year-old full-back Jayden Meghoma, who has penned a four-year deal. Bees boss Thomas Frank told the club site of the deal: “I’m very pleased with this signing,” said head coach Thomas Frank. Jayden is an England youth international and one of the biggest left-back talents this country has.

“Again, we had competition from other clubs, so we are definitely doing something right. I like Jayden’s offensive ability - he is quick, has good one-on-one skill and can cross – and he has good defensive ability as well. He is adaptable and can play outside or inside full-back. There is still a lot he can learn, but Jayden is a player we have big belief in. He can help us this season and in the future.”

Spurs agree future deal

In a pretty strange yet wise deal, Tottenham have agreed first refusal to buy Real Betis’ USA international midfielder Jhonny Cardoso. Fabrizio Romano wrote on X: “EXCLUSIVE: Tottenham complete agreement with Real Betis for priority option to buy Jhonny Cardoso in the future.

“Cardoso has agreed and documents are being prepared right now with Spurs. In case #THFC decide against signing Cardoso in future, they’ll have sell-on clause.”
