Evanilson links

Arsenal are said to be interested in Porto striker Evanilson. According to Football Transfers. the Gunners have been monitoring the forward over recent weeks ahead of a potential summer move. Though, it's claimed Evanilson would cost more than £65million.

The Porto frontman has scored 15 goals in 22 games this season, and he could be the man to solve Arsenal's scoring problems, with a move for a striker looking very likely in the summer. Though, that's a big asking price, and the Gunners may feel they can get a more proven forward for that money.

Isak claim

Rio Ferdinand believes Arsenal should consider signing Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak amid the Tyneside club's Financial Fair Play issues. "Well, he is one of the players. We were talking about him," he said on TNT Sport.

"I think he is a fabulous footballer and I think he has got levels to jump still, and I think if he was somebody’s gettable, which I think could be difficult, but if he was gettable, he would be one at the top of my list at that level." Speaking on his Vibe with Five podcast, Ferdinand added: "If I’m Arsenal, I’m going all out and buying him."
