Arsenal endured their first defeat of the season against Manchester United at the weekend, despite putting in a decent performance.

Meanwhile, Chelsea managed to avoid another loss as they controversially beat West Ham and Tottenham enjoyed success in another London derby against Fulham.

Brentford dominated Leeds United in a thrilling 5-2 in the capital, while Crystal Palace managed to do what many have struggled with and kept a clean sheet against in-form Newcastle United.

It has been an exciting start to the season for the London clubs and both Arsenal and Tottenham are already predicted to enjoy a high finish this time round.

However, with nine months to go until the end of the 2022/23 season, plenty could happen and it will be hard to predict exactly how the table could look.
