Arsenal confirmed the exit of Alexandre Lacazette on Friday after five years at the club.
The striker’s contract expired this summer and he has now become a free agent.
His departure leaves Eddie Nketiah and Folarin Balogun as the Gunners’ only recognised strikers, with Mikel Arteta desperate to add to his attacking ranks ahead of next season.
Arsenal have been linked with the likes of Serge Gnabry, Gabriel Jesus and Dominic Calvert-Lewin in their search for a new number nine.
