Arsenal are now in the Middle-East as they look to rest, recover and polish the finer details ahead of the Premier League title run-in. The Gunners find themselves in a tough position, currently six points behind leaders Liverpool having played a game more.
They are going to need to be extremely consistent to close the gap, and they are going to have to do it without the help of an attacking signing. In the meantime, we have rounded up all the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal have been linked with a move for Borussia Dortmund winger Karim Adeyemi, who could be one to watch this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano. He tweeted: “Karim Adeyemi has signed with ROOF as new agents from now on. Adeyemi didn’t want to leave Borussia Dortmund in January but he’s prepared for new chapter in the summer. One to watch in June.”
Meanwhile, Fichajes have gone a lot further in claiming that Arsenal have already ‘reached an agreement’ to sign Adeyemi. It’s reported that Napoli backed away from a possible deal, opening the door to the Gunners, who are said to be pushing to pull off the deal. They claim a deal has already been reached, which would be a surprise at this stage, especially with some of the other more high-profile options the Gunners may be more likely to pursue this summer, although Arsenal may need to sign a winger and a striker ahead of next season.
Other reports have claimed that Adeyemi will have an asking price of around £37million to £40million ahead of the summer. Adeyemi is under contract with Dortmund until 2027. The 23-year-old has scored five and assisted six times in 16 games across all competitions so far this season.
Sterling backed
Former Manchester United star Lee Sharpe has tipped Raheem Sterling to turn his season around with the winger having struggled to make an impact since arriving at Arsenal on loan. He told Metro Sport: “I’m not sure why he’s not getting picked, maybe it’s something Arteta has seen in training or something else. It’s a shame to see because we know he is capable of producing on the pitch, it’s just a matter of getting that out of him.
