Arsenal are back in Premier League action after the international break

Arsenal are joint-second in the Premier League table behind Manchester City heading into the weekend. The Gunners take on Everton at Goodison Park.

Mikel Arteta has a few selection decisions to make regarding who to pick in their starting XI. Here is a look at who he could start against the Toffees...

GK: Aaron Ramsdale: He has been on international duty with England and started for Gareth Southgate’s side against Scotland on Tuesday night as they ran out 3-1 winners at Hampden Park.

RB: Ben White: The former Brighton and Hove Albion man has made five appearances in all competitions so far this season.

CB: William Saliba: He penned a new long-term contract at the Emirates Stadium until the summer of 2027.

CB: Jakub Kiwior: The Poland international could step in for Gabriel, who has emerged as a doubt after picking up a slight injury with Brazil recently.

LB: Oleksandr Zinchenko: He played for Ukraine last week against England and helped his country draw 1-1.

CM: Declan Rice: The summer signing from West Ham scored his first goal for Arsenal in their victory over Manchester United last time out.

CM: Martin Odegaard: He has been with the Gunners since joining in 2020 from Real Madrid and has since made 110 appearances, chipping in with 26 goals.

RW: Bukayo Saka: The 22-year-old has found the net twice already so far this term.

CF: Kai Havertz: The summer recruit from Chelsea will be eager to impress and is still waiting for his first goal.

LW: Gabriel Martinelli: He has become a huge player for Arteta on the left flank and will be looking to cause Everton some serious problems.

ST: Gabriel Jesus: He came off the bench and scored for Arsenal against United.
