Arsenal predicted XI to face Bournemouth: Arteta has selection decisions to make

How could Arsenal line up against Bournemouth?

Arsenal are back in action this weekend away at AFC Bournemouth.

The Gunners have won their opening two games of the new Premier League season against Crystal Palace and Leicester City.

It has been a strong start for Mikel Arteta’s side and they will be hoping to make it three wins on the spin against the Cherries.

Here is how Arsenal could line up against Scott Parker’s men:

GK: Aaron Ramsdale

The goalkeeper played for Bournemouth from 2017 to 2020 and played 37 games for the Dorset club.

RB: Ben White

He is now in his second season at the Emirates Stadium.

CB: William Saliba

The young Frenchman has impressed so far in this campaign after spending last term with Marseille on loan.

Saliba could be set for new terms

CB: Gabriel

He is becoming an increasingly important figure at the back for Arsenal.

LB: Oleksandr Zinchenko

The Ukraine international joined over the summer from champions Manchester City.

CM: Thomas Partey

He has played 60 times for the Gunners since his switch from Atletico Madrid in 2020.

CM: Granit Xhaka

The midfielder got a goal and an assist against Leicester last time out.

RW: Bukayo Saka

This is a big season for the England ace and he has started brightly.

CAM: Martin Odegaard

His calming influence on this Gunners side can’t be underestimated.

LW: Gabriel Martinelli

The pacey winger is in decent form at the moment and will be looking to cause Bournemouth some serious problems from the left flank.

ST: Gabriel Jesus

He bagged twice against the Foxes and has suddenly become the main man at Arsenal following his transfer from Manchester City.
