Kiwior offered out

Arsenal are said to be ready to give up on Jakub Kiwior, who has not impressed to the same level as last season. According to Forza Roma, Arsenal have now offered the Poland international to AS Roma ahead of January as they look to raise money for further signings.

Roma are said to be vieweing the offer as 'tempting', and a move would not only see Kiwior link up with Jose Mourinho, but he would be returning to Italy having joined Arsenal from Spezia. The problem is that the Gunners are said to want around £18million, and Roma are not willing to pay such a fee, according to the report.

Sutton's prediction

Chris Sutton is predicting a win for Arsenal when they face Brighton on Sunday, tipping a 3-1 victory for Arteta's men. He wrote on BBC Sport: “Arsenal will feel hard done by after their defeat at Aston Villa. They created enough chances to win that game and, with Brighton leaking goals the way they are, I can see them doing the same here. Only this time, they will take them.”

The Seagulls have the second worst defence in the Premier League's top 10, while Arsenal are the joint-third highest scoring team in the top-flight so far this season.
