Arsenal started preparations for their Premier League test against Chelsea with a hard-fought 1-0 win over FC Zurich in the Europa League on Thursday night. Kieran Tierney scored the only goal of the game. The goal was struck so well it was worth winning two football matches.
The Gunners have been brilliant so far this season and go into the game against Chelsea top of the Premier League table with just the defeat to Manchester United , the only time they have failed to pick up a point from a game.

Arsenal right-back Takehiro Tomiyasu had to be withdrawn minutes after coming on against FC Zurich while Chelsea had to watch on painfully, as Ben Chilwell looked to have pulled his hamstring against Dinamo Zagreb. Both teams will be without key players.
Tomiyasu is the most likely absentee for Arsenal while Chelsea will definitely miss out on Reece James, Wesley Fofana and N’Golo Kante. They will also have to make a late call on goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga who was forced out against Brighton and missed the midweek Champions League game.
There is however good news for the Gunners as Bukayo Saka who was withdrawn against Nottingham Forest was back in action against FC Zurich and will now be able to help the team when they travel to Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

Chelsea also welcomed Kalidou Koulibaly in their game against Zagreb and everything is pointing to an exciting London derby over the weekend.
