Arsenal have got themselves into a very good position head into the final straight, leading by three points in the race to secure fourth spot.

But there’s still plenty of football left to play, and the Gunners will need to keep their nerve to see out the job.

In the meantime, let’s catch up on all the latest Arsenal transfer rumours:

Isak blow

Arsenal are said to be behind in the race to land Real Sociedad ace Alexander Isak this summer.

The Gunners are searching high and low for a new high-level striker, and Isak has been heavily linked.

But according to TeamTalk, the Sweden international will prioritise a move to Barcelona in the hope the Catalan giants don’t land Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland instead.

Asensio boost

Arsenal could yet get their opportunity to sign Real Madrid forward Marco Asensio this summer.

The Spain international is out of contract in 2023, and Sport are saying he has been given three months to sign a new contract or he will be sold.

That may be a situation Arsenal keep a very close eye on heading into the summer, after being heavily linked with the player in the past.

Coutinho problem

Reports in Spain are still claiming Arsenal are in the mix to sign Barcelona star Philippe Coutinho.

The midfielder, who is impressing on loan with Aston Villa, has been linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium.

But according to Mundo Deportivo via the Express, Arsenal, like Villa, could ultimately put off by the Brazilian’s large wage demands.
