The January transfer window has now gone beyond its midpoint - Arsenal fans are growing more and more impatient, as the Gunners have yet to add any players to their squad, but this could all change in the next few days.

Arsenal have been linked with a move for a PSG superstar, as his playing time in Paris has become limited in recent months - additionally, they are putting the finishing touches in turning one of their loan players into a permanent signing.

Goncalo Ramos, for all of his superlative talents, has not been enjoying the best of seasons at PSG in 2023/24. He has played in 13 Ligue 1 games this season, mustering just three goals and a single assist along the way - his playing time has been limited, mainly due to the scintillating form of Kylian Mbappe.

According to a report from the Daily Express, Ramos may seek a move away from the Parisian giants in the January window to get more regular playing time. Arsenal are in the hunt for a new striker - on the surface, it seems that this is something that they would be able to give him.

Arsenal finalising permanent transfer for David Raya

David Raya has swiftly usurped Aaron Ramsdale between the sticks at Arsenal this season - following a string of admirable performances in the Gunners' net, they are now looking to turn his loan deal into a permanent transfer.

This comes from GIVEMESPORT, who say that the Gunners will announce the deal 'soon'. It is unclear what this means for Ramsdale, who has been largely pushed to the wayside following Raya's arrival at the Emirates Stadium. Whether he will choose to leave or stay remains to be seen - we will find out sooner, rather than later.
