Youngster departs

Arsenal have sold Marcelo Flores to Club Tigres on a permanent basis. The 19-year-old, who made the move to the Emirates Stadium back in 2019 from Ipswich Town, signed his first professional contract in 2020 before spending time away on loan in the Spanish second tier at Real Oviedo to get some experience under his belt. He has now been given the green light to leave for a new challenge in his career in Mexico.

La Liga ace eyed

According to a report by Spanish news outlet Fichajes, the Gunners are interested in Atletico Madrid right-back Nahuel Molina along with top flight rivals Manchester City and Aston Villa. The 25-year-old only joined his current club 12 months ago and is being linked with an exit already. He was part of the Argentina squad who won the World Cup in Qatar last year and started six matches at the tournament.

Arsenal could reignite their ‘interest’ in Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic in January, as per Italian news outlet TuttoMercato (via 90min). The 23-year-old, who is a Serbia international, has scored 25 goals in 66 matches in all competitions since joining from Fiorentina. His long-term future is up in the air amid links to England and Juve have a decision to make regarding his situation.
