Arsenal braced for Serie A approach as Portugal international 'to provide FFP answers'

Arsenal picked up a huge win over Liverpool last weekend in the Premier League and they'll be keen to build on that when they travel to face West Ham United on Sunday. It's a fixture that hasn't been kind to the Gunners of late but with confidence up, they'll be looking to underline their title credentials at the London Stadium.

Ahead of that clash, we round up some of the biggest transfer stories out there.

Gunners monitoring Molineux

Arsenal could be set to offer Wolves some FFP relief by making a move to sign Pedro Neto in the summer. Wolves are thought to be up against it when it comes to the Premier League's Profitability and Sustainability rules and according to Football Insider, they could be forced to sell in order to balance the books.

Teamtalk claim that Arsenal could be ready and waiting to take Neto off their hands with the Portuguese winger catching eyes at the Emirates Stadium. Manchester City have been linked with a move for Neto in the past and his recent form has done little to dispel the interest, returning from injury to pick up a goal and an assist in his last two Premier League outings.

It is claimed Arsenal see Neto as someone who could provide more competition for the likes of Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli on the wings.

Milan approach expected

Arsenal are preparing themselves for an approach from AC Milan to sign Jakub Kiwior, according to the Evening Standard. The Serie A side were said to be interested in the defender during the January transfer window and they could renew their interest in the summer.

The Gunners were keen not to lose the Poland international last month and it remains to be seen if that stance will change come the summer. Kiwior has been in north London for just over a year now, but this season he has made just four starts in the Premier League, having watched the majority of the campaign from the bench.
