Arsenal face Portuguese giants Sporting in the first leg of their round of 16 Europa League match in Lisbon.

Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has made a number of changes for the game, with Poland defender Jakub Kiwior making his first start since joining the club in January.

Matt Turner starts between the sticks while Fabio Vieira starts again in midfield, with Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli and Reiss Nelson, the scorer of the last minute goal against Bournemouth, featuring in attack.

LondonWorld understands a late decision was made by Arteta not to include Gabriel Jesus in the travelling party, after the Brazilian returned to full training on Wednesday morning.

Captain Martin Odegaard misses out through illness along with defender Kieran Tierney, who has stayed in London.

Several youngsters are named on the bench including 19-year-old Mauro Bandeira, 18-year-old Charles Sagoe Jr and goalkeeper James Hillson.
