Gabriel - Had a solid game in defence, making several key clearances and tackles to thwart Sporting’s attacks. 6.

Oleksandr Zinchenko - Was one of Arsenal’s better players, showing his attacking prowess by creating chances and supporting the attack. 6.

Fábio Vieira - Was booked early in the game and failed to make much of an impact before being substituted. 5.

Jorginho - Didn’t make a significant impact before being substituted in the second half. He struggled to get involved in the game. 5.

Granit Xhaka - Was the standout player for Arsenal, scoring a goal and providing crucial passes in midfield. 7.

Reiss Nelson - Didn’t make much of an impact before being substituted in the second half. 5.

Gabriel Jesus - Was expected to get 60 minutes but come off at half time because Arsenal only had one substitution window left. 6.

Gabriel Martinelli - Showed pace and creativity on the ball and was one of Arsenal’s better players. Missed the crucial penalty in the shootout. 6.
