EA Sports, the team behind the smash hit football franchise FIFA, have released a series of player ratings as the release of FIFA 23, and its subsequent FIFA Ultimate Team mode, draws ever closer.

Hide AdA topic of contention every year, many FIFA players will be eagerly keeping their eyes open as EA Sports plans to spend each day from now until the game’s official release drip feeding those all important ratings for gamers to start building their ultimate fantasy football team.
It has led to some interesting interactions between players themselves and EA Sports, quite often complaining about one of the many statistics that developers have bestowed upon them in each new iteration of the series.
Londonworld has spent the afternoon watching the countdown clock tick over to find out the official FIFA ratings for those players currently representing Chelsea FC in the Premier League.

Hide AdWho are the best Gold Players from Chelsea in FIFA 23?
FIFA have released the best 100 Gold player cards alongside an earlier announcement with their FIFA Ambassadors’ ratings announced.
Although there has been no release of the remainder of the Chelsea team, we do know now that N’Golo Kante is currently the highest rated player in the team, with an overall rating of 89 and that Kai Havertz and Christian Pulisic each are rated 84 and 82 respectively.
Romalu Lukaku, currently on loan at Inter Milan, has a rating of 88 overall, summer signing Kalidou Koulibaly has an 87 overall rating and defender Thiago Silva shares an 85 overall rating alongside defensive midfielder Jorginho.

Hide AdHowever, an earlier leak of Chelsea’s ratings and their accuracy regarding the now announced ratings of three players has lended a lot more reliability to that original source.
We are still awaiting the ratings for some of Chelsea’s more recent transfer signings, including deadline day player Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

In the lead up to the official FIFA 23 ratings being unveiled, EA Sport released the ratings for a number of their ambassadors, including FIFA 23 cover star Kylian Mbappe.

Hide AdThe reveal showed eleven players and their ratings, with Kylian Mbappe rated at 91, Liverpool’s Virgil Van Dijk rated at 90 and Tottenham’s Heung- Min at 89.

What is FIFA Ultimate Team?
FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) is a mode that lets you build your dream squad by collecting Gold, Silver and Bronze player cards, with each player earning the much vaunted FIFA rating.

Hide AdPlayers can earn FUT coins by playing other custom squads built by FIFA players across the world, either Online against players in FUT Rivals mode, against the computer in Squad Battles or completing a number of challenges across the season.
Players can use FUT coins to make important moves in the digital transfer market, buy packets of cards through microtransactions within the game, or save up for when bigger cards are released throughout the season.
When is FIFA 23 released?
FIFA 23 is out on September 30 2022 on the Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Google Stadia and Steam. Pre-orders are now available through online stores or at your local video game retailer.
