Rod Stewart is heading to his hometown London to perform two concerts this year, with one new date added in London.

The 77-year-old has added new dates to his UK tour after unprecedented demands for tickets, allowing more fans to see the legend in person.

The tour is taking place in support of Sir Rod’s 31st studio album ‘The Tears of Hercules’ which was released on November 12, 2021.

Where is Rod Stewart performing?

The rocker will be performing two shows at the iconic O2 Arena in London on November 22 and November 25 as he embarks on his UK tour.

The latter date was recently added due to high demand for tickets to see him play live.

He will be performing in the United States and North America between June and September, and will perform in places such as Vancouver, Hollywood, Phoenix, Denver, Santa Barbara and more before returning to England.

In his native country, he will perform in Nottingham, London, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and more.

How do I get tickets?

Tickets for his show in London on Tuesday, November 22 are already on sale on Ticketmaster for £87.15 each.

The fanclub presale goes live on Tuesday, March 22nd 2022 at 9am, and ends on Thursday, March 24 at 9am.

The Live Nation presale goes live for one day early on Thursday, March 24 at 9am and ends on Friday, March 24 at 8am shortly before the tickets go on general sale.

General sale tickets go live on Friday, March 25 at 9am.

What songs is Sir Rod Stewart expected to perform?

The tour is of his latest, and 31st studio album ‘The Tears of Hercules’, which was released in November 2021.

The album includes: One More Time, Gabriella, All My Days, Some Kind Of Wonderful, Born to Boogie (A Tribute To Marc Bolan), Kookooaramabama, I Can’t Imagine, The Tears Of Hercules, Hold On, Precious Memories, These Are My People, Touchline.

There is no set list for the tour yet, as it hasn’t started yet but there is hope he could sing some of his most famous songs such as Downtown Train, Da Ya Think I’m Sexy, Have I Told You Lately and more.

Who is Rod Stewart?

Sir Roderick David Stewart CBE is a rock icon, born in London on January 10, 1945.

He is among the greatest best selling artists of all time, having amassed over 250 million record sales in a career spanning over 50 years.

Stewart has collected many awards of his distinguished career, including two inductions into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the ASCAP Founders Award for songwriting and more.

Aside from his accolades in music, he has also been a New York Times bestselling author, and in 2016 he was officially announced as ‘Sir Rod Stewart’ after being knighted by Prince William at Buckingham Palace for services to music and charity.

He received his CBE 10 years before his knighthood, and was announced on the New Year’s Honours list in 2006, joined by the likes of Coronation Street actor Johnny Briggs and the Queen’s grand-daughter, Zara Phillips.
