Married At First Sight UK 2022: Lineup revealed with three contestants from London & Channel 4 start date

The full cast for the upcoming Channel 4 show Married At First Sight UK has been revealed, with London getting plenty of representation.
The show sees partners meeting for the very first time on their wedding day with experts Melanie Schilling, Paul C Burnson and Charlene Douglas proving pivotal in the contestants’ journeys.
After the wedding, the newlyweds embark on a luxurious honeymoon, before moving in with each other and their fellow cast.
After 30 days, filled with drama, couples then decide in a dramatic final episode if they want to commit to their new marriage or go their separate ways.

The confirmed start date for the upcoming season is Monday, 29 August 2022 at 9pm on E4.

Who is representing London on the Married At First Sight UK 2022?
Kwame
42-year-old business consultant Kwame has lived an adventurous life. He’s had kids, married, divorced and was crowned Mr Ghana in 2000.
He’s a self-professed ladies man who can talk the talk and although he admits he’s a bit cocky, he also says he’s a nice guy and not arrogant.
Growing up, Kwame lacked confidence.
He says his lack of confidence was due to his appearance, but this changed once he reached college, where he bulked up and grew his beard.
April
The 32-year-old dress designer was once named Miss Great Britain, but despite that, she has always struggled to find the right guy.
April is now a dress designer and successful wedding dress designer, but her lack of a successful love life has led to her friends saying she is ‘always the bridal designer, never the bride’.
This constant jibe from her closest friends has caused her to take the plunge and appear on the show, to help shake the label she has attached to her.
April has dubbed herself as the most driven and ambitious person, with her friends agreeing with the statement.
She came second in her first two beauty pageants before returning a third time to be crowned Miss Great Britain.
April also said that if her partner doesn’t like cheese, it’s a deal breaker.
Kasia
Another businesswoman, Kasia’s story is an inspirational one.
The 36-year-old left school at 16 to give birth to her child and at the time, believed the odds were firmly stacked against her.
But through hard work, she has raised two children and launched her own business, a successful body contouring clinic.
After shelving love to focus on her family and career, Kasia believes that now her children are all grown up, she is now focusing on herself and wants to meet a partner she can settle down with.
She hasn’t worked a 9-5 job since 2015, and loves the freedom it brings.
