We’re only six weeks away from Christmas, and thus, all of the biggest chains in London, including Costa, Starbucks and more, are announcing their Christmas menus.

Another famous food and drink chain, Pret a Manger have now released their Christmas menu. With the menu including beloved previous options, some new options and some vegan options, there’s something for everyone at Pret this Christmas.

The menu sees some of the nation’s much-loved festive favourites including Pret’s Christmas Lunch, Vegan Christmas Nut Roast and Melvin, Pret’s Melting Gingerbread Snowman..

Keeping things fresh and looking to out-do their counterparts, Pret have added some new additions. These include: a turkey and trimmings toastie that includes Wiltshire ham, British turkey, herby pork stuffing, caramelised onion chutney, and the new toastie is rounded off with melted cheddar cheese.

Another new item is the Christmas Stuffing Mac & Cheese, although it sounds very unconventional, when it combines pasta, with a herb and pork stuffing mixture, combined with cream cheddar, bechamel sauce and parsley, topped off with some breadcrumbs and more Italian cheese, it sounds like it will be a big hit with the Pret faithful.

The classic Pigs in Blankets Hot Rolls makes a much awaited return this year, featuring Lincolnshire sausages wrapped in streaky bacon (the best kind!), they’re both on a layer of caramelised onion chutney, finished off with a slight dab of mustard mayo, all inside a nice warm roll. If I was a betting man, I’d say that would be the most requested item off the menu, which launches tomorrow, Wednesday, November 10.
