The father-of-three also posted a picture of eight-year-old Buzz in the waiting room, wearing a long-sleeve, black McFly t-shirt.

Once again, he assured his followers that his eldest was fine, writing: “When you take your kid to hospital (he’s fine, don’t worry!) without realising the tshirt he’s wearing 🤣🤘”

A stream of commenters shared their well wishes and gushed over the top Tom’s son chose to wear.

“Glad he’s fine! This shirt must be a lucky charm ❤️,” another commented.

The Strictly Come Dancing star did not tell his fans how the accident had happened - but earlier the same day, he shared a picture of his family of five sitting on the branch of a tree.

Captioning a snap of their family day out, he wrote: “Sunday hang with the fam.”

Tom shares three sons - Buzz, eight, Buddy, seven and Max, four - with wife Giovanni, 38.

Giovanni, who won I’m A Celebrity in 2020, married the singer in 2012 - over 13-years after they first met at Sylvia Young stage school. They share a stunning family home in North London, having sold their previous house in Middlesex for £2.5million.

The childhood sweethearts are set to renew their vows in a small ceremony this year.

The ‘Happy Mum, Happy Baby’ podcast host told The Mirror: “It’ll be a silly intimate celebration of love. It won’t be anything flash or over the top.

“We can definitely say that we don’t know who we would be without each other in our lives.”
