The Met Office has issued a yellow status weather warning for London on Tuesday, with heavy rainfall expected to cause disruption across the city - writes Ethan Evans.

The notice will last from 6.00am until 9.00pm, with the worsening conditions possibly causing floods in homes and businesses.

Public transport could also be delayed, with torrential rain of up to 70mm making travel more difficult.
