Ahead of Monday's snow, the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for ice this morning for south London as well as parts of Kent and Sussex. It followed with a second yellow warning, which stated that Londoners could experience icy and snowy conditions from the afternoon into the early morning of Tuesday (January 9).

So, can London locals expect another day of snow today, and will there be more flurries this month? Here's the latest weather forecast for the city.

Is it snowing in London today?

No. London is sadly not forecast to have snowfall today. Instead, the capital is set to experience some winter sun with bursts of brightness expected to shine around the city, according to the Met Office's forecast for Tuesday.

Will London have any more snowfall in January 2024?

Monday's light snowfall across the city appears to be it for London this week. Met Office's seven-day forecast shows the capital will have sunny spells over the next few days, with the city's skies set to become overcast over the weekend.
