A Met Police spokesperson said the woman fell “from height” in Wood Green, with another woman also injured as a result.

A woman remains in “critical condition” after falling from a building in Wood Green, with another woman also injured.

Emergency services were at the scene near The Mall shopping centre in the High Road.

A Met Police spokesperson said the force was called at 4.50pm on April 12 to reports of a woman falling from height.

The two woman injured were taken to hospital for treatment. The woman who fell remains in a critical condition, the spokesperson said, while the other woman’s injuries are not life threatening.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We sent a number of resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, a medic in a fast-response car, an advanced paramedic, an incident response officer and members of our hazardous area response team (HART). We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance.

“Two patients were treated at the scene before both being taken to a major trauma centre as a priority.”

Enquiries into the incident are ongoing, and officers are working to trace their next-of-kin.

Road closures were in-place, but have since lifted.
