Londoners travelling into the capital this weekend could be faced with disruption due to closures on TfL services.

Transport for London (TfL) has asked Londoners to check before they travel this weekend.

Here is the full list of planned TfL service changes this weekend, December 8 to 10.

London Overground

Sunday December 10

No service between Willesden Junction and Watford Junction after 6.15pm.

Use Bakerloo line services between Willesden Junction and Harrow & Wealdstone. Use local bus routes between Harrow & Wealdstone and Watford Junction.

On Monday morning, the first train at 5.29am from Watford Junction to Euston will start from Willesden Junction at 6.04am. This is due to Network Rail works.

Monday 11 until Thursday December 14

No westbound service from Stratford to Camden Road after 11.45pm each night.

The last through train from Stratford will depart at 11.44pm. Alternatively, use local bus routes. This is due to Network Rail works.

No service between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace/West Croydon after 11pm each night

Use local bus routes, tram routes or a Southern rail replacement bus service. Visit the Southern website for more information. This is due to Network Rail works.

Wednesday 13 and Thursday December 14

No eastbound service from Willesden Junction to Stratford after 11pm each night

The last through train from Willesden Junction will depart at 10.59pm, or alternatively use local bus routes. This is due to Network Rail works.

Elizabeth line

Saturday December 9

The last train from Heathrow Terminal 5 to Paddington (at 0.07am) will terminate at Ealing Broadway.

Sunday December 10

No service between Paddington and Ealing Broadway until 7.45am.

Until 5.30am, customers travelling between central London and Heathrow should use the Piccadilly line. 

Customers travelling between central London and Heathrow between 5.30am and 8am should use the Central line to Ealing Broadway to connect with Elizabeth line services. This is due to Network Rail HS2 readiness works.

Reduced service at Heathrow T4, Maidenhead, Burnham, Slough, West Drayton, Hanwell, Acton Main Line and Ealing Broadway stations

Trains will call at the above stations every 30 minutes. This is due to Network Rail HS2 readiness works.

DLR

Saturday 9 and Sunday December 10

No service between Canning Town and Beckton

Use Tube services or local bus routes. Rail replacement buses will run every 10 minutes.

Buses and roads

Friday 8 and Saturday December 9

Drumsheds, Tottenham Hale

From 7pm until 3am on Friday and from 12pm until 10.30pm on Saturday, a concert will take place at Drumsheds. Large crowds and delays are expected at the beginning and end of the event.

Friday 8 to Monday December 11

Piccadilly underpass

From the night of Friday 8 until the morning of Monday 11 December, the Piccadilly underpass will be closed for tunnel improvement works.

Saturday December 9

St James's Square, Westminster

A demonstration will be taking place in St James's Square from 12pm until 3pm. Large crowds are expected.

Saturday 9 to Monday December 18

A205, Brownhill Road

Between Saturday 9 and Monday 18 December, there will be a series of lane restrictions and temporary traffic signals on Brownhill Road between the junction with Laleham Road and the junction with Verdant Lane/Hither Green Lane, between 9.30am and 3.30pm daily. This is due to essential maintenance works.

During this time, delays are expected in the area. If travelling through the area, check before you travel, allow more time for your journey, and where possible consider alternative routes.
