The disruption for rail passengers at Charing Cross means that trains that normally run between Dover Priory / Ramsgate / Ashford International and London Charing Cross will be diverted to London Victoria.
Some other services may be delayed because of the reduced capacity.
The disruption is due to a fault with part of the signalling system at London Charing Cross. While repairs are done platforms 5 and 6 are unavailable. Platforms 1-4 are unaffected, according to National Rail.
Disruption is expected until midday.
Disruption between Twickenham and Teddington
National Rail says that due to the police dealing with an incident between Twickenham and Teddington all lines are blocked. Trains will be cancelled or delayed until the end of the day. Strawberry Hill is closed.
