TfL: Elizabeth line part suspended and further disruption on Wednesday December 27

London commuters on Wednesday are impacted by disruption on the Elizabeth line, London Overground and the Docklands Light Railway (DLR).

Three Transport for London lines were impacted by closures as some people returned to work between Christmas and New Year.

At 9am on Wednesday morning (December 27), passengers were impacted on the Elizabeth line, London Overground and the Docklands Light Railway (DLR).

Elizabeth line

No service on the Elizabeth line between Paddington and Ealing Broadway. All Abbey Wood and Shenfield services start and terminate at Paddington Elizabeth line platforms. Use London Underground connections between Central London and Ealing Broadway/Heathrow.

no service on the Elizabeth line between Heathrow Terminals 23 and Heathrow Terminal 4. A free Heathrow Express shuttle operates between Heathrow Terminals 23 and Heathrow Terminal 4 but will not serve Paddington.

Docklands Light Railway (DLR)

On the DLR there is no service between Bank/Tower Gateway and Poplar/Canary Wharf. Replacement buses operate between Tower Gateway and Canary Wharf.

London Overground

On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (December 27-29) there is no service between Highbury & Islington and New Cross Gate/New Cross/Clapham Junction. Replacement buses operate.

On Wednesday and Thursday December (27-28) there is no service between Sydenham and West Croydon. For Norwood Junction, use Southern connections to/from Crystal Palace. Use local buses for Penge West, Anerley and West Croydon.

On Wednesday and Thursday December (27 and 28) there is no service between Camden Road and Stratford. Replacement buses operate.

On Wednesday December 27 there is no service between Barking and Barking Riverside. Use local London Buses routes EL1 EL2 and EL3.
