London Underground: Canary Wharf tube station reopens following fire closure

Canary Wharf tube station has reopened following a fire on the London Underground.

Canary Wharf tube station has reopened after it was forced to close this morning (February 20) due to a reported fire on the London Underground. Commuters had to change trains after smoke filled the air at nearby Canada Water and London Bridge tube stations on the Jubilee Line.

The Jubilee Line did not stop at the underground station as a result of the reported fire and now, commuters are experiencing delays. The Elizabeth line is still running as normal.

London Underground service delays

Four tube services on the London Underground are experiencing delays this morning. These include:

  • Bakerloo line: Minor delays
  • Northern line: Minor delays
  • Jubilee line: Minor delays
