Travelling in London in the morning in the freezing cold is not the best start to the week. Nor is arriving at your nearest tube station to find out the services are all delayed or cancelled. Rather than start the day off on the wrong foot though, Londonworld is here to make life slightly easier.

Using the Transport for London website alongside taking a look at the current traffic reports from AA Roadwatch for Central London, we can provide you with an update on the driving conditions around the area and help with any changes to commuting you may need to undertake this morning.

Though not an exhaustive list, for more information or up-to-date travel details, Transport of London does recommend keeping an eye on their journey planner page on their website in the event of last minute issues on the London Underground and Overground.

While drivers can always focus on their leg of a morning journey by using AA Roadwatch or Google Maps for live, up-to-the-minute information on congestion or recent accidents on London roads.

In the interim, Londonworld has had a look at traffic conditions this morning in London for the morning commute, coupled with the current network statuses for many of London’s underground and overground rail networks.
