London Marathon 2022: Nine best photos from the race

LondonWorld has rounded up a series of the best moments from this year’s London Marathon.

The TCS London Marathon 2022 took place today (Sunday, October 2).

Ethiopian athlete Yalemzerf Yehualaw, 23, won the women’s elite race in 2:17:25 - her first London marathon - while Kenyan runner, Amos Kipruto, 30, won the men’s elite race in 2:04:17.

While from a Ukrainian couple running the race together, to popstar Harry Judd and BBC journalist Sophie Raworth, there were many memorable moments.
