The drivers, who operate several routes across East London for Stagecoach-owned Lea Interchange, will walk out on four days in February.

Walkouts are due to take place on 6 and 7 February, and again on 20 and 21 February.

The strikes fall across weekends and the school half-term, impacting shopping trips to Westfield Stratford City, access to Newham Hospital, and wider weekend travel.

Previous industrial action in December and January caused major disruption, with Unite, the union representing the drivers, reporting that no buses left the Lea Interchange garage at all during the first set of strikes before Christmas.

Drivers at the depot operate several key North East London routes, including the 97 (serving Westfield Stratford City) and the 276 (which serves Newham Hospital), raising concerns for both commuters and hospital visitors during strike days.
