Central London Greggs fans are in-luck as the food-on-the-go retailer opens its latest shop in Finsbury Square.

The new space, which opened today (June 9), is stocked with a range of Greggs favourites, from its sausage roll and steak bake to a host of vegan alternatives.

Ready to serve customers daily from 6am to 9pm, those looking to grab something quickly can also use the Click + Collect option via the Greggs App to put in their order ahead of time.

The company said the opening has delivered 25 new jobs to the area.

Shop manager Liza Farjana said: “We can’t wait to welcome both Greggs fans and new customers to our brand-new shop. We’ve got an amazing range of tasty bakes, hot drinks, sweet treats and savouries available for takeaway or Click + Collect.”

Gillian Long, retail operations director for Greggs, said: “Our new shop in London Finsbury Square has brought 25 new jobs to the local area, as well as providing customers with a modern, convenient new place to experience their favourite Greggs food.”

Greggs has more than 2,300 shops across the UK, with roughly 25,000 employees working for the business.
