Farmers' protests London photos: Kids ride toy tractors through Parliament Square

Youngsters joined a convoy of tractors and farmers who marched through Westminster today (November 19)

Thousands of farmers descended upon central London today (November 19) in protest of proposed changes to inheritance tax.

The farmers argue that the changes will destroy family farms and that the nation's food security is at risk, while the government says that the change will likely affect only around 500 larger estate farms.

Jeremy Clarkson addressed the rally with a rousing speech about the importance of British farming.

Leader of Reform, Nigel Farage was also photographed at the protest, which saw a convoy of tractors and protesters march through Westminster.

Among the protesters were young future farmers who rode toy tractors through Parliament Square.

The children blew whistles, honked horns, and flew flags as they rode alongside their parents and families.
