Islington: Cyclist in hospital after colliding with lorry on Pentonville Road
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
A cyclist is in hospital after colliding with a lorry in Islington on Friday morning.
Police were called at around 10.25am to reports of a collision on Pentonville Road, near to the junction with Penton Street.

Hide AdOfficers responded and the cyclist, a man thought to be in his 20s, was taken to hospital. His injuries were assessed as not life-threatening.
The Met police said the lorry driver stopped at the scene.
A London Ambulance spokesperson said: “We sent an ambulance crew and a medic in a fast response car to the scene.
“We treated a patient at the scene before taking them to hospital.”
Pentonville Road is currently closed at the junction with Pentonville Street and Claremont Square to traffic.
Enquiries are ongoing and any witnesses are asked to call 101 quoting CAD 2296/16Feb.
