Tulse Hill: First picture of man, 20, stabbed to death inside shop

The first picture of a “much-loved” 20-year-old victim who was stabbed to death in a shop in south-east London has been released by his family.

Felipe, who was named in a GoFundMe page, was attacked on Norwood Road in Tulse Hill at around 6pm on Saturday April 15.

Police and emergency services discovered the 20-year-old suffering from stab injuries.

He died at the scene.

Paying tribute to their son, and brother his family wrote: “He was a very much loved member of our family and his loss will be felt strongly forever.

“His friends are forever going to miss his company, jokes, laugh and smile.

“Filipe was one of the funniest people you could come across, and always put his friends and family first.

“He would be willing to give his last pound away to someone else who needed it and shared everything he had.

“Filipe was a very spiritual person and was using this to find himself and to become the good strong young man we knew he would grow to be.

The fundraiser has raised almost £8,500 so far.

Police have not found the attacker yet and no arrests have been made.

A crime scene is in place and enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.

A Section 60 Order granting police additional stop and search powers has been authorised.
