Tottenham fatal stabbing: Teenager arrested over Jordan Briscoe death

A teenager has been arrested following the fatal stabbing of Jordan Briscoe in Tottenham.

A 17-year-old boy has been arrested following a fatal stabbing in north London.

The Met Police said the teenager was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of murder and robbery, and remains in custody.

At 10.15pm on Sunday (March 5) police were called to reports of a stabbing on Arnold Road, off Philip Lane.

The victim was found with stab wounds and treated at the scene, but he later died in hospital.

Although formal identification has not taken place, the deceased is believed to be Jordan Briscoe.

His family continues to be supported by detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command.

A post-mortem examination held at Haringey Mortuary on Wednesday March 8, confirmed his cause of death was sharp force trauma to the chest.
