Officers were called to Westfield shopping centre in Stratford, Newham, on February 15, where Koseda had been carving swastikas into the wall with a knife.

When police tried to arrest him, he threatened the officers with the knife and racially abused them.

He was charged with threatening a person with a knife in a public place, racially aggravated harassment, criminal damage, possession of a knife and using threatening words to cause harassment.

Koseda pleaded guilty to all counts at an earlier hearing and was sentenced today.
