The Met said an 18-year-old had handed himself in at a police station on Tuesday following a recent CCTV appeal.
He remains in police custody, the force added.

Detectives said they still wanted to trace another man in connection with Mr Nembhard’s death.
The drill rapper and expectant father had travelled from Bristol to enjoy the annual event.
His partner, O’shian Edwards, has since given birth to their son.

Mr Nembhard was stabbed under the Westway flyover in Ladbroke Grove on Monday August 29.
He was taken to a west London hospital where, despite the best efforts of medical staff, he was pronounced dead.
A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as a stab wound to the right groin femoral artery.
Det Insp Laura Semple, Specialist Crime, said: “Do you know who this person is? He was caught on CCTV at the Carnival and we still urgently need to trace him.
