The teenager remains in a critical condition after being found injured on Mile End Road.

A 19-year-old man is fighting for his life in hospital after being stabbed on an east London road.

The teenager was found by police on Mile End Road in Tower Hamlets, after the force was called at around 3.10pm on Sunday (April 2).

Officers attended with the London Ambulance Service, who took the 19-year-old to hospital, where he remains in a critical condition.

A Met Police spokesperson confirmed there have been no arrests, and that enquiries into the circumstances continue.
