Police are searching for a man after a woman reported being sexually assaulted at a bus stop and on a bus in south London.

He is described as being black, approximately 5ft 8in tall, and with afro hair.

The man was wearing a dark hoodie with rainbow-coloured writing on the front.

At around 2am on Saturday, July 23, a woman in her 20s was sexually assaulted by a man at a bus stop in Lordship Lane, Southwark, SE22.

The woman then boarded a number 12 bus and during the journey she was sexually assaulted again by the same man.

She reported the incident to police the following day.

Detectives have carried out a number of enquiries and are now appealing for the public’s help to locate a man who was captured on CCTV boarding the bus.
