Ladbroke Grove stabbing: Teenager’s body pulled from Grand Union Canal near Willesden

A murder investigation is under way in west London after a 17-year-old boy was pulled from the Grand Union Canal.
The Met Police has suggested the stabbing was in nearby Ladbroke Grove on Sunday.

Hide AdOfficers were called at around 5.45pm to reports of a male in the canal by Scrubs Lane, suffering a stab injury.
Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and a 17-year-old male was pulled from the water. Despite the efforts of the emergency services he was pronounced dead at the scene at 6.10pm.
Police say his next of kin have been informed.
A post-mortem examination is scheduled to take place on Wednesday (June 28).
A crime scene remains in place and there have been no arrests.
