Forest Gate stabbing: Teenager charged with murder of boy, 16, stabbed in the heart

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of a teenager who was stabbed in the heart in east London.
Rahaan Ahmed Amin, 16, was found in West Ham Park, Forest Gate at 5.30pm on Sunday July 9 with a stab wound.

Hide AdHe was later transferred to an east London hospital, where he sadly died the following day.
A 16-year-old boy has been charged with Rahaan’s murder and possession of an offensive weapon. He is due to appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Friday, July 14.
Another 16-year-old and a 14-year-old boy arrested on July 10 on suspicion of murder in connection with the incident have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Two other 16-year-old boys arrested at the scene have subsequently been released with no further action.
