Battersea shooting: Three men charged with attempted murder


Detectives investigating a shooting in Battersea that left a man injured have charged three men.
On February 7 police found a 26-year-old victim with a gunshot injury in a car park after being called to a reported shooting in nearby Shuttleworth Road. He has since been discharged from hospital.

Hide AdOn Friday (March 1), Junior Bolarinwa, 21, of Halsmere Road, Camberwell, and Aniss Djerrad, 22, of Opal Street, Kennington, were charged with attempted murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and possession of ammunition with intent to endanger life. They have since appeared in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court.
On Tuesday, a third man, Zavier Williams, 21, of College Park Road, Tottenham, was also charged with attempted murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and possession of ammunition with intent to endanger life. He is due to appear in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (March 6).
