While most people under 35 in London are struggling to pay their rent or they can’t afford to buy a property in the capital there are a select few who are rolling in cash.
Today the Sunday Times has released its Rich List 2023, which includes a separate list of the richest young people in the country.
Of the 27 people under 35 included, unsurprisingly the vast majority reside here in London.
Topping the list is the Duke of Westminster, who inherited his title and a vast land and property portfolio when he was 25 – including 300 acres of Mayfair and Belgravia.
Now 32, he oversees the dynasty’s company portfolio, which has real estate in 43 cities across ten countries. His, and his family’s, total wealth is estimated at £9.878 billion.
From the list the majority made their millions on their own through successful careers in the music and movie industry or through football and fashion.
Here are 12 Londoners who have featured on The Sunday Times Under 35 Rich List 2023.
