There’s plenty of London representation in the final tonight, with three of the remaining eight all with strong links to the capital, one of them being former waitress Indiyah Polack.

After eight weeks of break ups, make ups, relationships and all the drama anyone could wish for from such a show, Love Island 2022 is coming to an end.

When is the Love Island 2022 final on TV?

The final is filmed live instead of viewers being a day or two behind as they usually are with episodes.

The final is set to air on TV on Monday, 1 August at the usual time of 9pm, bringing the end to one of the most controversial and dramatic series of all time.

How long will the episode air?

Tonight’s show is a bumper episode and will quite rightly be the longest episode of the series. The show kicks off at its usual time of 9pm, but will air until 10:35pm.

How do I vote for my favourite couple?

At various times throughout the final show of Love Island 2022, there will be opportunities to vote for your favourite couple, giving them a higher chance of winning.

To vote for your favourite couple, download the Love Island app and vote through that. Alternatively, you can also vote online on the official Love Island website.

Who is Indiyah Polack?

Prior to the show, Indiyah was the third contestant to be confirmed for this year’s series, and she was one of the first to enter alongside the recently dumped Paige Thorne.

Initially, the former waitress was coupled with Ikenna Ekwonna, with the two struggling to form a romantic connection, which culminated in Ikenna being eventually dumped from the island.

Indiyah then pursued a romantic connection with another original, Dami Hope, who was coupled up with Amber Beckford (who was dumped alongside Ikenna).

The two had speculated over their connection, and were ready to let their respective partners know that they were going to speak to each other more, but didn’t get a chance before they were both voted off.

Dami and Indiyah hit it off, and everything was plain sailing until Casa Amor, the ultimate test.

Mr Hope was part of a three way kiss with two Casa girls, and eventually coupled up with Summer Botwe, whilst Indiyah coupled up with Deji Adeniyi.

Both of those couples fizzled out, and Indiyah eventually recoupled with Dami, and they’ve grown stronger ever since.
