The area offers residents the best of both worlds, with the Central Line connecting it to the city to the west and leafy Essex to the east.

You’ll find a mix of Victorian terraces, new builds, and more modern developments, giving it a blend of traditional and contemporary living spaces.
Francis Road is one of Leyton's most charming streets, filled with independent shops, cafes, and boutiques. It has a lovely village feel and is a popular spot for locals to meet up for coffee or a meal.
One of the most appealing aspects of Leyton is its proximity to several parks and green areas. The largest nearby park is Hackney Marshes, famous for its football pitches and vast open spaces.
