Pancake Day is fast approaching, with the widely celebrated day falling on the first day of March.

Shrove Tuesday can be made or fall apart as it all falls on the inevitable flip. If you land it, you’re treated as a king, if you fail it, Pancake Day is ruined.

However, this year, you can skip the theatrics (and the washing up) by heading out to one of many restaurants and cafes in London that serves the sweet or savoury treats.

My Old Dutch really caters for all. They have a children’s menu, a vegan, gluten free menu, my butterscotch menu, and an a la carte menu.

On the children’s menu, they offer a pancake and juice deal for a bargain price of £7.65. You can choose from a savoury pancake that includes meats, or a more traditional sweet pancake.

The butterscotch menu features pancakes made from butterscotch, and is fully customisable, as you can create your own pancake.
