The chain secured itself the title of ‘London’s favourite pizza spot’ after winning a TripAdvisor award.

50 Top Pizza is an independent research body, that anonymously visits pizzerias around the world and rates their experience, with only the very best offerings scoring a place in the official list.

With a judging panel made up of pizza aficionados, master cheese tasters, and born-and-bred Neapolitans, 50 Top Pizza is the leading worldwide pizzeria ranking.

Commenting on the recent win, Neal Bates of Rudy’s Pizza, said: “We’re honoured and thrilled to receive this recognition from Top 50, sitting alongside some great pizzerias we admire greatly. Our teams work hard to make true Neapolitan pizzas they’re proud of, and our guests enjoy so this is a fantastic and well-deserved pat on the back for them.”

Born out of a passion for pizza, Rudy’s follows the authentic Neapolitan tradition of pizza-making, renowned for its consistency and quality.

Its relaxed and friendly dining concept offers classic Napoli-born recipes such as Marinara, Margherita, and Calabrese, alongside paying homage to famous pizzerias around the globe with rotating specials.

Rudy’s dough is made fresh daily by their in-house pizzaioli, using Caputo ‘00’ flour which takes over 24 hours to be lovingly made, before being topped with the highest-quality ingredients from Naples, the birthplace of pizza.

This includes San Marzano tomatoes grown on fields at the foot of Mount Vesuvius and traditional Fior di Latte mozzarella.

Staying true to the traditions of Naples, each pizza is cooked to order, for around 60 seconds – resulting in a soft and light pizza with an airy and raised crust.
