Hilton Macarons is renowned for its handmade, delicate French confections, generously filled with a range of delicious flavours. However, it has now taken that a step further by swapping the typically soft and chewy centre with a scoop of creamy ice cream.

Looking almost too good to eat, the innovative creation will be available in three delectable flavours;

• Lemon Meringue is filled with zesty lemon ice cream and rolled in white chocolate and meringue pieces.
• Raspberry & Pistachio is right on trend with the flavour of the year - pistachio - ice cream in the centre and rolled in white chocolate and nibbed pistachios.
• Caramel Popcorn is filled with toffee fudge ice cream and rolled in caramel chocolate and crunchy, toffee popcorn pieces.
