The market operates from Wednesday to Saturday, offering a lively atmosphere with a mix of permanent stalls and rotating vendors.

You can find everything from gourmet street food to specialty ingredients for cooking at home. It's a fantastic place to explore London's culinary scene.

When you arrive at Borough Market you’ll find stalls serving everything from fish and chips to risotto and paella.

But it was a sweet treat that caught my eye when we headed down there for a taste test this week.
