The Phoenix Centre to host free open day in partnership with Roundshaw Community Summer Fair
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
The event, which will run from 9am to 4pm, promises an exciting array of activities for visitors of all ages.
Managed by Everyone Active in partnership with Sutton Borough Council, The Phoenix Centre will open its doors to the public, offering free taster sessions in a variety of sports and activities.

Hide AdDuring the event, visitors can participate in a variety of complimentary taster sessions including basketball and badminton, which will be available from 12noon to 3pm.
For those interested in table tennis, sessions will be held in the Community Hall from 12noon to 4pm. Instructor-led gymnastics sessions will take place from 11am to 12noon and again from 12noon to 1pm. Throughout the day, from 9am to 4pm, the Beehive Café will be open to provide refreshments to attendees.
The Roundshaw Community Summer Fair, running alongside the open day from 12noon to 4pm, will offer an array of additional attractions.
Children can participate in a football taster session led by RL Coaching, while a DJ will be providing entertainment from a Big Red London Bus.

Hide AdFace painting will be available for children in addition to various other children's activities from the Phoenix Family Hub.
At 1pm, the Wallington Youth Community Choir will perform, followed by Youth Kids Street Dancing by XpressioN at 1:30pm.
From 1pm to 4pm, Dragon Shelter will host animal viewings and petting.
Everyone Active will also be offering information about membership options for those interested in joining the leisure centre.
